By adding in a tapas-style spin to their sushi menu, Ignite is the place to get a great sushi dinner in Downtown Detroit. They have some really unique premium rolls, but even the classics like the Califonia Crunch Roll and the Michigan Roll are worth the price of admission. The staff is not only helpful and caring, but they are incredibly knowledgeable about seemingly everything involving sushi and liquor.
