Fishbones
Fishbones has probably changed a bit since you last frequented their wood-accented restaurant. It used to be predominantly Cajun and Creole, with flavors of New Orleans springing up throughout every dish on the menu. Today it's a little more focused on steaks and seafood, plus a surprising new feature, a sushi bar! Though we don't think this place ever needed to change at all, to their credit they are doing everything right. Everything is still cooked to perfection and tastes fantastic. The service is just as excellent as it was fifteen years ago when we first started going there. There are plenty of locations nowadays, but the downtown one is still our favorite! Highly recommended!
